The Briefing

Soju is the #1 selling alcoholic beverage in the world. Soonhari soju is a transparent distilled spirit native to Korea that offers a lightly sweet, crisp, and clean taste with a cool finish. Fun fact Soju delivers only about half the calories of ordinary vodka while delivering incomparable superior rich taste. As the leader in medium-level alcohol content spirits, soju can be enjoyed straight or it can lend itself as a perfect cocktail ingredient.

The challenge

Lotte Liquor’s Soonhari launched new labels for their four different flavors, Citron, Strawberry, Peach, and Apple. The question posed to us was, how can we effectively create a video to match the clean and delicious taste of flavored soju?

The strategy

We created a promotional video with a focus on portraying the refreshing taste of their signature flavored-soju. We started by showing each of the four fruits in bright and clean visuals. Out of the water tank of freshness comes out the soju bottle for the audience to feel the sweet, crisp, and refreshing taste of each flavored soju.
